Dealers lie and try and make you buy unnecessary items for vehicles that should already have equipment or their repair service will try and sell you equipment for double the price or double for simple wor for vehicles that should already have equipment or their repair service will try and sell you equipment for double the price or double for simple work. Regret xxxxing with this bought out company whoever owns it now your co workers suck. I found out they didn't rotate my tires and was told from manager to do it ASAP.
