What good is it to make an appointment if you don’t accommodate it? My appointment was for 9:45 when I arrived I was told 2 hours? What good is an appointment? I waited and saw Dozen or more guys in bl accommodate it? My appointment was for 9:45 when I arrived I was told 2 hours? What good is an appointment? I waited and saw Dozen or more guys in blue shirts playing on their phones maybe you could give them some work in the shop? Two and a half hours later I was told my truck should have more service to which I had to laugh I would have been there for two to three more hours. Time to evaluate your service plan. More
