Inconsistent recommendations. 6 months ago they said it was critical to change my rear differential fluid because it had about 27000 miles. I changed it and now my truck has 31000 6 months ago they said it was critical to change my rear differential fluid because it had about 27000 miles. I changed it and now my truck has 31000 and they recommended to change the rear differential fluid because of the mileage. No inspections was performed per Chris the service advisor but he recommended that I change the rear differential fluid because of it’s high mileage. Free service and waiting for 3 hours to get an oil change not worth my time. I can’t get my time back. Appointment was scheduled at 2:15pm arrived 2:09 pm and was check in. Waited till 5pm for the truck to get its oil changed. Not worth it. Time is a precious commodity. And they didn’t reset the check oil light for the second straight time. Larry H Miller Dodge just falls into that pit trap that dealership is just a scam artist to steal customers money. Purchasing the truck from them was the easy part but the service department I would not recommend. More
