Services I knew needed to be performed were not even recommended, while other basic services were not only recommended but extremely marked up. I was told my engine was too hot to perform the work, eve recommended, while other basic services were not only recommended but extremely marked up. I was told my engine was too hot to perform the work, even though it had only been driven to the dealership at 8am and was left sitting until almost 11:30 am. I was given a loaner car since I agreed to leave my truck there to “cool off”. Unfortunately they did not check the fuel level in the loaner and I had to fuel up to make it home from the dealership. They did fill up my truck as an apology. More

Been having problems with my tire since purchasing the vehicle, complained since day 1 and there’s always an excuse. Not fair that you charge me for a tire that I have clearly brought to your attention am vehicle, complained since day 1 and there’s always an excuse.
