We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced during your recent visit to our dealership. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we regret that we fell short of meeting your expectations. It is concerning to hear about the issues with the battery and air conditioning after the service. We take full responsibility for the oversight with the dome light and understand the inconvenience this caused. While our goal is to provide thorough communication, we clearly missed the mark here, and for that, we apologize. Regarding the air conditioning issue, we understand how frustrating it must be to still be without a properly functioning system, especially in this heat. We are currently working to get a loaner vehicle available for you and expedite the repairs on your truck. We apologize for the delay and any discomfort you may have experienced as a result.
