The salesman that helped me (Scott king) came up to me and my family. He was helping us out, I didn’t want us to help me because I had a weird feeling about him. He didn’t look presentable at all and he just seemed like he wanted a quick sale. At the end of it I did manage to have a car but kept getting called back about be contracts. He messed up on so many paper work that I went in 3 times. At the end of it all I decided to give them back the car and end business with them. At that point I was over it. So the financial advisor (Vic) and I were texting about the return of the vehicle. We both agreed that Saturday I would return the car and at the same time receive a check for the car that I traded in. I got there when they opens and Scott king approached me and said “ here to return the car” with a tone I said “yup”. He said “ all I need is the key and we should be done here”. So I gave it to him and he started to walk away. And I stoped him and said “ where’s my check @“ and he said i don’t have it, the financial advisor should have it. So he went and I said I’m not leaving without my check” and he looked back and said “ then you might be here a while” and laughed. Minutes later Vic came out and handed me a paper that said it’ll be ready for pick up in Monday. They are not professional or respectful of peoples times. More

Worst service ever, Vehicle has been in the shop 3 different times for the exact same thing in the past week. I Can't believe the dealer cannot fix their own vehicles.
