I purchased a brand new 2011 Dodge Charger over a year ago and I am still dealing with this horrible dealership. I was lied to regarding the features the car came with and was told "Don't worry, we can f ago and I am still dealing with this horrible dealership. I was lied to regarding the features the car came with and was told "Don't worry, we can fix it!" Well nothing was fixed and after much bother to the dealership and higher managment they offered me 200.00 to leave them alone. I didnt take the money since that would NOT have done anything to put in the 3000.00 satalite system into the car (which they told me it came with) I submitted a BBB complaint and nothing - I love my car she is beautiful so I kept her and dealt with it all - I went in for an oil change along with some other issues - Window weather stip damage - RPM needle with bounce - Car alarm would go off when I would unlock - Door lock wasnt working and and tire rotaion. I was told that NOTHING was wrong with me RPM needle and it was "normal" I might be a girl but I am not dumb and I know that is not normal - I told the service man this and he went back to the mechanic and then I was told that the RPM needle was not jumping at all! I paid for my tire rotation and was told I needed to come back for the weather stip since it was not in stock and also that my door handle had been fixed. Upon me leaving the dealership I unlocked my car and the alarm went off, I went back to the service man and explained the issue was NOT fixed and I was told nothing more can be done the alarm guy is gone - I left again turned my car on and sure enough the RPM needle was jumping. Upset with this whole ordeal from purchase to now I asked for a manager - He looked at the car, took it back to be looked at again then came back to tell me " there is a problem!" Now I am being told that I need to leave my car there for 2 days - 2 weeks for the part to be ordered and put in! ALL of the people at Tucson Dodge only care about going into work and screwing honest people like me. I will NEVER purchase another car from this place or refer anyone here. I have heard nothing but horrible things from anyone that has dealt with Tucson Dodge. Stay FAR FAR FAR away from these people!!!! More
It was a friday. I was driving my wife to work when the car broke...Lost all power and had to coast into a driveway....It was late and i couldn't get a tow until after the shop was closed so i used the nig car broke...Lost all power and had to coast into a driveway....It was late and i couldn't get a tow until after the shop was closed so i used the night drop...Called back on sat...and was told they were looking into the issue. Called back on Monday a was told the problem was the timing belt as well as the timing belt tentioner...upon later calls was told the head needed to be sent off to be machined and that the car would be ready the following Thursday 1/11/13...was then told the car would be ready the following day....when i showed up again was told the car would be ready the following day.....I wait and when i hear nothing i go back to find that neither the service advisor nor the mechanic was in that day so how was the car going to be ready?....so Monday comes around and i am assured by Charles the service manager that my car would be ready that evening before close of business again i am called and told that they cannot get the oil return line to seal and they need a gasket for it....the car is finally done Tuesday...but due to problems on my end i cannot pick up the car till friday which is today.....so i go in to get the car...the lot tech has to jump the car to get it started he pulls it up and turns it off so then i have to have them jump it again i get a block down the road and the car smokes check engine lights come on my abs warning light goes off and my handbrake warning light is on. I examine the car and find a trail of oil...leading to a puddle under the car of about 1/4 quart of oil....not to mention missing aftermarket peices and a missing valve cover bolt, and a positive battery terminal in serious need of changing....Save your money do not go to Tucson dodge...better to mess up your own car then to pay this dealer to mess it up for you.....this is the second time i have had aftermarket parts disappear off my car at this dealer More
Multiple disappointments. When we bought the Dodge Journey there we were promised floor mats, but we were given so much hassle that we gave up on trying to get them. Then we had to take the vehicle in Journey there we were promised floor mats, but we were given so much hassle that we gave up on trying to get them. Then we had to take the vehicle in to service multiple times because we had issues with the radio system. It still isn't working properly when we try to listen to songs from our USB drive. It will play for 5-10 minutes fine and then randomly stop working and show an error. We were told our USB drive is defective (we've tried multiple drives and it happens with all of them). We also got our first oil change done there and they didn't reset the vehicle's computer system so now we continuously get an annoying oil change due message when we already had it done. ALSO, we just received a letter from Tucson Dodge stating that their records indicate we have not got our first oil change done and we should get it done soon. WOW. This place is by far the worst dealership I've had to deal with. We are done with this place. More
I boought a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee on 12/31/11. I didn't notice when I test drove the vehicle, that the brakes were squeaky. I went back and Chelsea told me that the brakes were fine and were just re didn't notice when I test drove the vehicle, that the brakes were squeaky. I went back and Chelsea told me that the brakes were fine and were just replaced 100 miles ago. She said that there would never be a fix for the squeaky brakes, up until now I still have squeaky brakes. In February I started having problems with the transimission. It would get stuck in 1st or 2nd gear. I have to turn off the vehicle, turn it back on and it would be fine, a couple weeks later the engine light turned on. The problem is now constantly happening and I don't have money to repair the problem. I bought this car thinking that it all worked. I am a mother of two young children and I can't afford to send this vehicle in, and it's my only car. I sold my old 1992 Cadillac Deville in order to get the Jeep, and now I am so disappointed. Not even my Cadillac had this problem. I didn't buy an extended warranty because I don't have any money for it. I called the dealership and Jonathan told me to buy an extended warranty, but he wasn't sure if the warranty would cover what's going on with the car. I left a message for James in finance to call me back regarding this, but no call back as of yet. I'm just really upset that now I have this car payment, plus I'm going to have to pay for repairs. What is the good of going to buy a car at a dealership and it come out useless? If you want a non-working car, go to Tucson Dodge. More
We purchased a 2012 Dodge Journey in Nov 2011. The sales team was ok, but not very professional. When we went to F&I, the girl there got upset because we didn't want to buy any additional packages. She gave team was ok, but not very professional. When we went to F&I, the girl there got upset because we didn't want to buy any additional packages. She gave us a weird look because we said no. A few days later, we had to bring in additional documents because she lost them. Then we had problems with the radio system in the vehicle. We had to take the vehicle back at least 5 times before they finally put in a new radio and updated the software. Now, the USB connector still wont work. We talked to Chelsea and she kept saying that it wasnt working because our USB drive was defective. Lol. Wow! I would think they would have their own devices to test the USB connection with instead of trying to make us go and buy more USB drives until we find one that works! Well we know that no USB drive will work because it's obviously the connection. When we move the USB around, it will work intermittently and then when we start driving, the road vibrations make the USB stop working again. Chelsea said she would contact Chrysler and call us back, but she never did. We even called her back and left her messages but still no call back. We even talked to the service manager today and he said he would call us back but he still hasn't. Bottom line is this dealership is terrible. More

Hi, Please do not purchase a vehicle from this Hi, Please do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I purchased a 2008 nissan altima on 8/30/2010 with 42,000 miles. Now less than a year l Hi, Please do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I purchased a 2008 nissan altima on 8/30/2010 with 42,000 miles. Now less than a year later 7/1/2011 the car's paint has faded and it looks extremely bad. I paid 23000 thousand for the vehicle and I think is unfair that not even a year and the paint is bad. I have spoken to three diferrent body shops including nissan and they said that the car must have been s sold to me with this problem already. The body shop continued to tell me, that most probably they covered up the problem and sold it to me. I tried contacting Tucson Dodge and of course they said there is nothing they can do. I will be contacting Best Business Bureau and see what happnes. Please everyone, if you really care about your money and investment do not do not do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership on 22nd street. Thank you More
