I was in for basic pm on my vehicle and an issue that I need to go back for. My service rep was good, however it seems like all employees walk around in an unfriendly manner. The day after I bought my vehicle, the sales manager who wouldn't let me leave the day prior; walked by me twice without any acknowledgement. This was the first time I purchased a vehicle thru Larry Miller Dodge, however I use to have my old Dodge serviced when it was Tucson Dodge. Back then, I never had any issues with the service department. But even they (even the staff that use to be there) doesn't seem as friendly, and seem too busy. I will still get my vehicle serviced there because I do think they do a good job. However, I do not know if I would purchase another vehicle there due to the unfriendly atmosphere of the dealership as a whole. More

I have always enjoyed having Lisa as my cust. service rep. If I have a problem she addresses it imm. although i have had past problems with the service completed on my truck, that was a mechanics issue rep. Also you can simplify this site, normally I do not go through the effort to conform to a vendor requirment rather the vendor wanting me as a return customer or to answer quizes like this they make it as easy as possible and not aggravate said customer.
