Took 2 3/4 hours for these 2 simple task With an appointment, came in for replacement of a speaker and 4 tire sensors. I am a Corporate Select Client. Took 2 3/4 hours for these 2 simple tasks. Have previously had 4 sensors put in by Discount tire in less than 30". Then found tires where not pumped up equally. Instead of 70 front and 80 rear, front were 4psi's off and rear were 3psi's off of each other. Sloppy and slow work. If I was not locked in under manufacturers warranty I would definitely take this to another shop. Looking to another dealership at this point. More

Jaquari Kountz was my salesman and He did very well and treated my Wife and I very well. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. Sarah Clarke, the BDC Coordinator was right in there with internet based resources to assist with the deal letting us know that there was a team behind the salesman. Even the finance representative was right on the mark helping us to select the warranty that would work best and making the buying process a smooth experience. I would certainly recommend Larry Miller Dodge to people who know what they want and are serious about buying a car. More

Repair of 2008 Jeep Patriot When our 2008 Jeep Patriot's alternator failed on our way to Tucson from Sierra Vista we had it towed to Larry Miller Dodge in Tucson. We worked with When our 2008 Jeep Patriot's alternator failed on our way to Tucson from Sierra Vista we had it towed to Larry Miller Dodge in Tucson. We worked with Service Advisor Lisa Beatty to get the repairs done. We were originally quoted to have the alternator, idler and all the pulleys replaced. Since it was mid afternoon already Lisa didn't think they could get the repairs done that day. Once we found out our warranty was out on the vehicle Lisa made sure they had the necessary parts and worked with the Techs to see that the repairs were completed that day. Also, once they were in the midst of the repairs they found that only the alternator and the idler needed replacing so the final bill was about $180 less than quoted. We were able to drive home in our newly repaired Jeep and did not have to rent a car. I am extremely happy with the service I received at this dealership. Everyone was very friendly and really went the extra mile to help us out. I highly recommend them. More
