call back I had received a call back notice late December, for my 3500 ram mega cab tie rod left end joint. Because of parts being on back order, I finally got I had received a call back notice late December, for my 3500 ram mega cab tie rod left end joint. Because of parts being on back order, I finally got a appointment in April. With call back fix and an oil change, it did not take very long at all.
