Everyone in the entire chain went out of their way to ensure I was pleased with the vehicle I purchased. As I have told many people I did not feel as they (the dealership) were making a sale, but that I was buying the product that I wanted and they were 100% committed to ensuring I was satisfied. Upon taking vehicle home I discovered a few discrepancies that were immediately corrected by the service department with no question. Will not go to any other dealership in the near future! More

Check engine code P2453 This error was very misleading. It pointed to a "low pressure at sensor A on the Regen canister." The problem was that the engine was not up to nor This error was very misleading. It pointed to a "low pressure at sensor A on the Regen canister." The problem was that the engine was not up to normal operating temperature when an engine diagnostic was run to set several operation parameters. Because the test was run too soon, the temperature and gas pressure on the regen canister was low. This was cause by a slow or defective Coolant temperature sensor which determines the amount of time between when the engine is a ambient temperature and when the engine should be at normal operation temperature. It was running the diagnostic too soon after starting the engine. It always failed 3 to 5 minutes after starting and most often within one mile of my home, early in the morning on my way to work. This is hidden in the maintenance manuals and I fixed it with a new thermustat and a new coolant sensor. I did purchase a service Information DVD and now I know a lot more about the truck and Diesel engine than I ever thought I would. I was not real happy my truck was in the shop for 5 weeks at one time in July and Aug. and another week in Sept. while someone at Dodge was trying to figure why the Regen was not working. A not of parts at my expense and under warranty were installed and not sure needed. Still, I have been happy over all with Lisa and the Dealer's commitment to fix the problem, one for the books. More

worse service Bad service. Regret taking my vehicle there. Vehicle came out worse then what I brought it in for. Payed $1,865+tax for bad service,a damage vehicle. Bad service. A rental wasn't giving to me. I was struggling without a truck,pregnant with my 4 year old,in a 100+ degree heat. Manger didn't resolved anything. There was a lot of problems with the services that was supposed to be done to my vehicle. I don't recommend this dealership. I really, really regret paying so much for a damage vehicle&wasting so much $$. Please people,dont make the same mistake I did. More
