I have purchased MANY vehicles in my life and I just wanted to thank Thaddius Salazar and Sylvia in Finance for the best car buying experience ever. I have purchased MANY vehicles in my life and this was by far the BEST one. I had a BAD experience with trying to buy a new Ram Sport in Scottsdale. That dealer SOLD me a new Ram but then was NOT able to deliver it! They had traded for it but were not able to complete the trade - AFTER I HAD ALREADY signed for the loan and gave them a $5,000 deposit. They were shady and didn't even tell me about this until 1 day later when I called to find out when I could pick up my new truck - they tried to find me another but I gave up on them -they never even apologized to me! I found one in Tucson (about 110 miles from my house) and talked to them on the phone and it sounded promising but I was still not sure what would happen seeing my BAD experience with Airpark in Scottsdale. I drove down and it was the best thing I could have done. They worked with me fairly and I feel like I got the best deal I could. They gave a fair price for my trade and stayed there until midnight to complete the deal for me. I have to say it was a GREAT experience! I would HIGHLY recommend them - they will do a great job for you -thanks Thaddius and Sylvia for a GREAT experience! I will be back for my next Ram.... More
