Horrible buying experience Bought a 2013 dodge power wagon they brought a contract out and had me sign it stating that I was okay with the deal they added something to my contra Bought a 2013 dodge power wagon they brought a contract out and had me sign it stating that I was okay with the deal they added something to my contract which I signed but when we sit down to do the final paperwork and sign the final contract it had a GPS system in it that I did not want I told the Finance person that I was working with that I did not want that he said that I had to have it because it was already installed on the truck so I paid almost $1,500 for something I did not want and I stated to them that I did not want it and they stated to me that it was already installed on the truck about 2 to 3 weeks later the GPS company calls me and ask when they can install the GPS system on my truck I told the GPS company that it was already start installed on my truck and they said no it wasn't I do not like being lied to and I do not like somebody else spending my money I will never buy another vehicle from them and anybody else that asked me about them I will not recommend Larry H Miller it was a horrible buying experience and they have no right spending my money on something that I pacifically said that I do not want. Of course I went back to try to get them to fix this and they absolutely will not fix it and of course they won't give me my trade in back More

No hassles and service performed quickly I had bought my 2017 Dodge Journey at Earnhardt's in Gilbert., Bringing it home, I noticed a vibration and extremely poor quality of the back up camer I had bought my 2017 Dodge Journey at Earnhardt's in Gilbert., Bringing it home, I noticed a vibration and extremely poor quality of the back up camera... It was so grainy and dark that it was unusable... I complained to service advisor and service manager..... They kept telling me that Chrysler would not replace the camera... I complained to Chrysler and they sent me to LHM and to service advisor "Charles" he was courteous and listened when I explained the problems with a car with very few miles... He had everything fixed and replaced that defective camera..... Work was done quickly and with care to the vehicle.... No dirt or mess and work was done quickly...... I am very happy with the car and service done at LHM...... Compared to Click Dodge or Earnhardt,....., Larry H. Miller service department is fantastic a d would recommend them to my friends More
