confused I had an appointment last week and went to the dealership in the afternoon for my appointment. I waited a long time for someone to finally come out and help me. Apparently the person I was to deal with was no longer working there. I was then put with another individual and they started my work. I waited and noticed that my car was brought back but they didn't call me. I waited some more and finally went to the service desk and they found that the individual who was responsible for my car had left for a doctor's appointment. The work got done but I think it could have been without all the waiting. More
