TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I STOPPED IN TO 22ND STREET BECAUSE MY NEW RAM PICK UP TO MAKE A APPT TO HAVE THE SYSTEM CHECKED. I WAS SCHEDULED FOR A 8 AM APPT. I ARRIVED AT 7 I STOPPED IN TO 22ND STREET BECAUSE MY NEW RAM PICK UP TO MAKE A APPT TO HAVE THE SYSTEM CHECKED. I WAS SCHEDULED FOR A 8 AM APPT. I ARRIVED AT 7 40 THE ATTENDANT SIGNED ME IN AT SAID IT WILL TAKE APPROX A HOUR. MY WIFE AND i WERE SEATED AND OUR NAME WAS CALLED BY A GUY NAMED BYRAN AND SAID IT WILL BE ABOUT FIVE HRS TO LOOK AT IT. I SAID WHAT IS THE SENSE OF MAKING A APPT. WE ASKED IF HE HAD A LOANER...HE SAID NO. WE TOOK OUR TRUCK BACK AND LEFT. WE BOUGHT THREE CARS NEW IN TWO YREARS FROM LARRY MILLER. NEVER AGAIN. YESTERDAY WE BOUGHT A NEW CAR FROM JIM CLICK More

Ram purchase I have recently purchased a 2017 Ram and I do love the truck however my experience with the promises the dealership made have not been followed throug I have recently purchased a 2017 Ram and I do love the truck however my experience with the promises the dealership made have not been followed through. They made me purchase this desert package on top of the vehicle purchase price that I did not want and now the features I was told it has it does not. I was told that I would have a third blinking brake light which I do not, GPS tracking for my use which it does not and the etching on the windows that we were told were specialized for this package are actually already on all mopar parts now. Don't get me wrong I do love the truck and am completely satisfied with it but the salesman need to be informed of these features prior to advising otherwise. The entire process also took way too long. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and found it within minutes we then sat around while the process was done for an additional 8 hours. Although The employees were very kind and accommodating. More
