Ram purchase I have recently purchased a 2017 Ram and I do love the truck however my experience with the promises the dealership made have not been followed throug I have recently purchased a 2017 Ram and I do love the truck however my experience with the promises the dealership made have not been followed through. They made me purchase this desert package on top of the vehicle purchase price that I did not want and now the features I was told it has it does not. I was told that I would have a third blinking brake light which I do not, GPS tracking for my use which it does not and the etching on the windows that we were told were specialized for this package are actually already on all mopar parts now. Don't get me wrong I do love the truck and am completely satisfied with it but the salesman need to be informed of these features prior to advising otherwise. The entire process also took way too long. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and found it within minutes we then sat around while the process was done for an additional 8 hours. Although The employees were very kind and accommodating. More

confused I had an appointment last week and went to the dealership in the afternoon for my appointment. I waited a long time for someone to finally come out a I had an appointment last week and went to the dealership in the afternoon for my appointment. I waited a long time for someone to finally come out and help me. Apparently the person I was to deal with was no longer working there. I was then put with another individual and they started my work. I waited and noticed that my car was brought back but they didn't call me. I waited some more and finally went to the service desk and they found that the individual who was responsible for my car had left for a doctor's appointment. The work got done but I think it could have been without all the waiting. More
