Professional handling of my vehicle! I was very pleased with the service department at Larry Miller. Zach took care of me and was excellent! He told me he would call me back and give me any update on my Jeep Wrangler and he responded and explained the work that needed to be done. He again told me when he felt my vehicle would be ready and it was right on the mark and he called me to tell me it was ready. He went over what had to be done and made me feel very good knowing it was fixed and ready to hit the road. He also told me to call him if I have any questions or if anything else went wrong. He was very professional but yet caring and not in a hurry to get rid of me. I will definitely return here for any work I need done and I will purchase my next Jeep from Larry Miller. More

Service center review I have taken my truck here for years now and still have same issue. They do not pay any attention to your appointment time. I sat today from 10 am t I have taken my truck here for years now and still have same issue. They do not pay any attention to your appointment time. I sat today from 10 am to 4:30. even though it was a 1 and half job. I had specificallyrequested they made sure they had my part and at 3 they said just got part. I also came for my oil and rear brakes before my 3200 mile trip, requested check tires. On my trip a gas station warned me , my tires were 2008!! More

I went back in gor my first oil change and say down with a man named Eddie who honestly attempted to get me out of the horrible sale I was tricked into. The sales manager is a amazing person also but they switch there positions around there like it's going out of style there is always someone else in a different position when I go in. Even the mechanic came outside to speak with me and told me it was wrong. I mean I'm greated as soon as I pull up and everyone knows I'm unhappy ,that isn't even the word I cant find one. I would not recommend this car dealship to anyone. I am a avid dodge fan but if you have to lie to sell a car you shouldnt be selling it. Ugh the finances dept was just as bad. Originally I apparently bought a 2013 even though it was a 2017. They can't even fill out the right paperwork. We where approved. Not preapproved, approved. And to have to go back 3 times because suddenly it changed well it makes me sick. Eddtime and sales manager keep that in mind. More
