Great customer service. Everything was done quickly and in a I didn't have an appointment and even though they were booked up they were still able to get me in and service my truck. They were friendly, helpful, I didn't have an appointment and even though they were booked up they were still able to get me in and service my truck. They were friendly, helpful, and the service was fast and professional. I came in for an ail change and they were even able to replace my badly cracked windshield the same morning. Great!!!! More

Fantastic Eddie went over our new truck patiently and throughly s we knew all gadgets. problem not solved I brought my truck in to have the "no break light" error fixed as my break light is not out and wanted to discuss my tires that have chunks falling of I brought my truck in to have the "no break light" error fixed as my break light is not out and wanted to discuss my tires that have chunks falling off. The error is still present and sadly after spending $48,000.00 on a truck with crap tires which according to firestone are a ZERO mileage rating. I now have to replace ALL 4 TIRES before even owning the truck of 2 years!! Highly disappointed!!! Not to mention they did a HORRID was job on the truck. I've been a faithful Dodge/Ram customer for almost 20 years and may have to rethink my next new vehicle due to shortcuts!! More

Completely Dissatisfied My new (2 year old) only 22,295 miles on it, Dodge Van has major engine issue. Being told it will take 5 months to get part and fixed. Dodge has giv My new (2 year old) only 22,295 miles on it, Dodge Van has major engine issue. Being told it will take 5 months to get part and fixed. Dodge has given me issues regarding rental cars, etc. It took almost an entire week to diagnose car because service department was "short staffed" with level 3 technicians. This is absolutely ridiculous. Buying a brand new vehicle is a huge expense and having major engine issues is not acceptable...that's why people but NEW. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from your location and I will NOT recommend you to friends or family. I am actually considering taking my vehicle to another place to have them fix it because I have no trust in your staff or facility. They are quick to tell you want you want to hear but not willing to put it in writing....BAD business and shows they do not uphold their end of agreements. More
