Beyond Excellent Service I belatedly found out that my 2001 Pleasureway Dodge Van 3500 had a recall notice that required addressing in a timely fashion as my son and I were fl I belatedly found out that my 2001 Pleasureway Dodge Van 3500 had a recall notice that required addressing in a timely fashion as my son and I were flying in to Tucson on March 28 to pick up the van. Working with the Chrysler Recall Centre and Larry H. Miller's Service Department (Nicole and Marissa), the necessary parts were found in Los Angelas and the dealership kindly expedited their delivery to enable the van to be repaired on March 30. Fast! Their diligence in quickly finding the parts and arranging prompt service are exemplary and will enable my son and I to continue with a planned road trip. Our heartfelt thanks for efficient, friendly and courteous service beyond all expectations. Clearly a well run establishment. More
