A few days after having my Ram serviced I received a message from someone saying that "the parts are in and I want to schedule your appt" and when I called and explained that I did not know anything about parts being ordered and thought everything had been done I was told she would check on it and let me know, she thought it might have been a restocking order----I have not received any more information. The gentleman I dealt with in Parts was very helpful and informative. More
Bad Experience We scheduled for a 7:30 am appt for an oil change. Arrived at 7:30 and waited in line for 25 minutes before a guy came out and wrote up the work and We scheduled for a 7:30 am appt for an oil change. Arrived at 7:30 and waited in line for 25 minutes before a guy came out and wrote up the work and told us he would give it to Kelli who we were scheduled with. At approx 9:15 we asked how much longer and was told would be at least 45 more minutes before they even started. No apology and never was recognized by the service agent we were told to refer to. WE LEFT. Were also advised would have to pay $130 to check for updates on the system for our vehicle. Drove the 35 plus miles back home and went to Oil Stop and had the service done in less then 30 minutes. My time is just as valuable as yours and this was a total waste of my time and approximately 4 gallons of gas. More

Flexible and Fabulous This is an addendum to a review I wrote earlier commending the dealership on excellent service. My vehicle was scheduled for recall work prior to a r This is an addendum to a review I wrote earlier commending the dealership on excellent service. My vehicle was scheduled for recall work prior to a road trip to Canada. Originally my service appointment was for 10:30 a.m., but due to other mechanical issues, I could only bring the vehicle (Pleasure-Way van) to them at 1:30 p.m. - which they accommodated in a very professional manner. As it was Good Friday and I and my son had planned to leave early Saturday, their completion of my repair work was critical to our leaving before things closed down for Easter week-end. While waiting, I had two excellent cappuccino, then Michael Maxwell, who was managing my work, suggested that the shuttle take me back to my temporary home 25 minutes away. Which Danyelle did in a very courteous manner. At Tucson Estates for not more than five - ten minutes, I received a call from Michael indicating the work on our van was completed and the vehicle could be picked up. I noted that Danyelle had recently left and Michael went the extra mile to have her return to pick me up and return me to the dealership to pick up our van. Never before have I had such thoughtful service. I picked up the van moments later and we were on our way on Saturday, thanks to the excellent work of Michael and the rest of the staff at Larry H Miller. My sincere thanks and gratitude.
