Staff ignored me, only two employees helped me. A man with a nicely dressed helped me by taking my keys because of a long car line and a lady with black hair helped me with the paperwork when I went A man with a nicely dressed helped me by taking my keys because of a long car line and a lady with black hair helped me with the paperwork when I went to pick up my car after the oil change made my rating an excellent otherwise I would of put that it was poor. If they didn't work there. I was ignored inside and seems like no one wanted to make an effort to help me, beside these two wonderful people. They went out of their way to help me. To the two people who helped me, thank you and I really appreciate everything you both did to help me feel a little more comfortable despite all the other guys that were just sitting around. More

A few days after having my Ram serviced I received a message from someone saying that "the parts are in and I want to schedule your appt" and when I called and explained that I did not know anything about parts being ordered and thought everything had been done I was told she would check on it and let me know, she thought it might have been a restocking order----I have not received any more information. The gentleman I dealt with in Parts was very helpful and informative. More

Bad Experience We scheduled for a 7:30 am appt for an oil change. Arrived at 7:30 and waited in line for 25 minutes before a guy came out and wrote up the work and We scheduled for a 7:30 am appt for an oil change. Arrived at 7:30 and waited in line for 25 minutes before a guy came out and wrote up the work and told us he would give it to Kelli who we were scheduled with. At approx 9:15 we asked how much longer and was told would be at least 45 more minutes before they even started. No apology and never was recognized by the service agent we were told to refer to. WE LEFT. Were also advised would have to pay $130 to check for updates on the system for our vehicle. Drove the 35 plus miles back home and went to Oil Stop and had the service done in less then 30 minutes. My time is just as valuable as yours and this was a total waste of my time and approximately 4 gallons of gas. More
