2015 Dodge Durango Citadel On 9 August 2018 I brought my Dodge Durango into LHM Dealership in Tucson to update 2 recalls that were sent out on my vehicle. Upon arriving for my On 9 August 2018 I brought my Dodge Durango into LHM Dealership in Tucson to update 2 recalls that were sent out on my vehicle. Upon arriving for my appointment with Lisa Beatty she wrote up the paperwork while i took my walker into the dealership since I am a disabled veteran. Lisa always ensures that the work is done promptly and according to Dodge standards. When finished she explained in detail what was performed and accompanied me out to my vehicle to assist in placing my walker in the back of the vehicle. Service is the #1 reason that I choose where to purchase my vehicle from. Many thanks to all the professionals at LHM Dodge in Tucson. More

I enjoyed negotiating and doing business with him to achieve the price that makes me happy. Once we settled on the price I really liked he was down to business and trying to get me into my fresh new car. My review alone cannot express the excellent service he provides. I recommend him to my friends and business associates when they are interested in buying a vehicle. Thanks for all you do Bryan and keep up the great job! More
Bad transmission repair, 6 weeks in shop, not fixed yet On July 3, I took our 2004 Dodge Durango into Larry H Miller (LHM) dealership to fix a transmission error code issue. Error codes 700 and 750. LHM ran On July 3, I took our 2004 Dodge Durango into Larry H Miller (LHM) dealership to fix a transmission error code issue. Error codes 700 and 750. LHM ran diagnostic test and recommended repair based on error codes 700 and 750. Paid almost $2000.00 for this repair. Had vehicle 24 hours, transmission would not shift, car overheated, broke radiator. Had to pay to have vehicle towed to LHM. I was charged $880 for transmission and new radiator. Eric McGraw helped me by waiving transmission repair charges. I had to pay $380 for new radiator and installation. Radiator was serviced and flushed in March 2018. The 2nd repair not good, drove car less than 10 miles, same error code came back on. Returned to LHM, they keep vehicle over 1 week, this 3rd repair did not work. Same transmission code 700 returned within 10 miles. Returned vehicle to LHM, car has been in dealership 3 weeks. Finally was told I need a part that is no longer made, aftermarket part is on "backorder till November or December" and and I need to pay for part and labor to install. I found the same part locally and they have it in stock. LHM staff will not stand behind their bad transmission repair. I paid for a diagnostic test. LHM determined the repair based on this diagnostic test. I am now being told I can buy the over $500 part and LHM will install the part for no charge. The part will have no warranty but their labor for installing the part will have a 2 year, unlimited mile warranty. This is no consolation seeing as they have not fulfilled the warranty on the first bad repair. My vehicle has spent 2 days at my house, the rest of the time the vehicle has been parked at LHM and I have to go in person or call repeatedly to have someone give me one excuse or another for why my vehicle has not been repaired. I need LHM to honor the warranty and fix my vehicle. I paid for the original repair and for a new radiator and still have no vehicle. To date the only person who cares and tries to help me is Eric McGraw. I have sent to letters to the LHM corporate office and have never heard back from anyone. As a whole my experience has been that this is a very dishonest way to conduct business. It has been a true hardship to be without my only vehicle for over six weeks. My vehicle is still in the dealership and does not run. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. More

My car HAD leather seats and doors from a very expensive upgrade I paid for when I bought the car. Juan the service mechanic who helped me was very polite and nice (no issues with him). I left my car there overnight and when i picked it up, my car no longer had leather doors. I was shocked and was told they didnt do leather when fixing recalls. When i dropped off my car i was GUARANTEED my car would be given to me the same way & that the request would be put in for leather. This was one thing i made sure to ask multiple people. The explanation i got when picking up the car was that they got the request but they couldnt do it that way. So why did no one think about communicating with me about a decision taken without my consent. Even after talking with the service manager his response was that he couldnt do anything about it. I paid a lot of money for them to return my car without leather. The car should have been returned the SAME WAY it was dropped off especially since NO ONE communicated with me. More

"Desert Protection Package" Scam Want to learn how the "Desert Protection Package" scam works? Read below. ------------------------------------- "At least we were honest." Another Want to learn how the "Desert Protection Package" scam works? Read below. ------------------------------------- "At least we were honest." Another Dodge dealer said this about LHM, referring to how they openly advertised over-MSRP prices whereas LHM falsely tells customers to drive in (sometimes from great distances, as in my case) with a promise of MSRP. "It's really MSRP? No catch?" I'd asked. "No catch." There was a catch. They force you to either walk out or buy a $4,000 "Desert Protection Package" consisting of a bunch of stuff you probably don't want and which is not even close to the value they charge for. They also instruct you to submit paperwork to Dodge showing MSRP prices while separating the Desert Protection Package -- so it does not harm their order process or future allocations. After repeatedly protesting both the false advertisement and stating I knew what they were doing and marking the "MSRP" box on Dodge paperwork was dishonest, I again raised the issue months later. What does this conversation tell you about how LHM views customers? I met in person and stated a business case to the second in line manager to give them one more chance: I am an under 30 year old buyer purchasing a ~$100,000 vehicle in cash. Lifelong Dodge/Mopar nut. Health and luck willing, years of future vehicle purchases ahead of me. Buying a halo vehicle (Challenger Demon) which I will drive every day, take to shows and car clubs, drag race, and which I will talk to hundreds or thousands of people about. And when they ask about where I got it and if I got screwed, what will my honest story be? Do you want me to have good truth to tell? Or a truth of false advertisement, dishonest paperwork, having "we could have charged you more" thrown in my face many times? What's worth more, $4,000 now for goods/services I have said many times I do not want, or making a happy customer who will help your reputation? That's how I framed it. You can guess their answer. ------------------------------------- (Yes. I did complete the purchase. Yes, I could have walked. The situation with the Demon was unique because they were selling out rapidly and I had already invested a 4 hour round trip to drive to LHM as the last allocations were running out in AZ and neighboring states... I know from calling ALL of them. Still, $4,000 vs. doing the right thing for a potentially long-time customer and their reputation for honesty? That says a LOT. I will never shop from this dealer again and will share the truth to anyone who asks.) More
