Hello ML, I will apologize if we failed to communicate to you how all purchases on the 3 Demons we sold were to be processed. We do not now or have ever required any customer to buy any products to purchase a vehicle. I will say the Demon, as you mentioned, is a very special car, of the 3000+ produced well over 85% were sold for $25,000.00 to $40000.00 over MSRP. We felt that was an outrageous markup and decided to at least offer our 3 Demon customers some value rather than the alternative. We also never had you submit anything personally concerning the price to FCA, we did however disclose your price to FCA as we were required to submit a purchase order on your behalf that clearly showed the amount you paid and all signatures required to sell the Demon to you. We appreciate your business and hope you enjoy the benefits of owning such a great specialty vehicle, if by chance you are regretting your purchase a 100% refund is available to you, I would be happy to discuss that option with you in detail, I am available at 520-745-7928, again my sincerest apologies for failing to ensure your complete understanding, thanks again for your business.
