Big "G" should be big "B" for the BEST! I retired as a salesman so appreciated Guillermo very much. He was politely aggressive enough to stay with the deal even when it looked as it may have I retired as a salesman so appreciated Guillermo very much. When it came to explaining how items worked in the car he again was excellent as he didn't do it by trial and error, but things worked the first time he showed them which make it so much easier to remember. service Had an issue with my bluetooth so I went in and started talking with an adviser. In the middle of my explaining my problem to him he picks up the phon Had an issue with my bluetooth so I went in and started talking with an adviser. In the middle of my explaining my problem to him he picks up the phone and dials someone else. I remain standing there for 5 minutes while he continues talking. I finally walk away and go to another. Then rather than running some kind of diagnostics the tech plugs in his phone and declares that it works. Dreadful service and lack of any kind of interest in solving problems.And do not even try and call them as it is almost impossible to speak to a human. Get a call back you can forget that as well. More
