I made an appointment a month in advance to have an oil change, tire rotation and warranty work done on my Dodge Ram as I come in from Silver City NM. The appointment was scheduled for 10/29/18 as I needed the truck on 10/31/18. I was called on 10/25/18 and told the Diesel Tech would not be available until 10/31/18. I had to rescheduled my appointment and ask a neighbor to borrow his car so I could accomplish what I needed to get done. I picked up the truck on 11/1/18 and returned to Silver City NM Friday morning. I filled up with gas and decided to check fluid levels 2 hours into my trip as I had a water pump and fluid exchange done. I noticed there was no fluid in the radiator reservoir and called LH Miller for advice. I was told to add some water from drinking water bottles and call Lawley Dodge in Silver City to have them fill the reservoir. Lawley was great and added more than a gallon of red anti freeze to get the level to normal. I also noticed while checking the water level that the windshield washer fluid was empty. All fluids should have been filled with my oil change. Now concerned, I checked my tire pressures. I asked my advisor, when the tires were rotated to adjust the tire pressure to 60 in front and rear. I had my camper on prior to the visit so the rear still had 72 lbs in them. When I checked the tire pressures they were exactly the same as when I brought the truck in to LH Miller so the tires were never rotated. I went to Walmart and purchased windshield fluid and will have my tires rotated at Discount Tires the next time I am close to there location. Needless to say the last service appointment is unacceptable and I find myself asking if I really need to drive the extra miles to Larry Miller in Tucson. More

While I have some concerns about my vehicles performance and will be taking it to a shop, I am apprehensive about the Larry Miller service locations. I have used the Larry Miller Service centers in two Tucson Locations and have had a recall item when they finished I had to return to have the computer reset as it kept giving me a change oil alarm. When my AC went out the service first person doubted the extended warranty I purchased with my new jeep. Then when they did replace the AC unit they for got to put oil in it and it failed. There were a couple of other issues that make me believe their service writers are a bit flaky. I guess I will have to give them one last shot because of this performance issue yet I may consider a different dealership. Moving back to Tucson after some time in South Carolina, I have to say the dealerships in South Carolina set an example that service centers could benefit from. More

When it came to explaining how items worked in the car he again was excellent as he didn't do it by trial and error, but things worked the first time he showed them which make it so much easier to remember.
