We traveled from out of town specifically to pick up our New Dodge Ram 1500 to say the least were beyond pleased. A+ Sales Team, F- Service Department I’ve purchased two vehicles from this dealership and my immediate family has purchased in total five vehicles from this location. The buying experienc I’ve purchased two vehicles from this dealership and my immediate family has purchased in total five vehicles from this location. The buying experience has been extraordinary every time. But, God forbid you bother the service department. The 100% consensus is you will be treated like an absolute burden if you attempt to use their “express lane” services. They’re always 3+ hours “behind” and you will be inidated with passive aggressive statements behind fake smiles if you don’t have an appointment. Last month I called to find out wait times for an oil change and was put on hold for ten minutes before I was hung up on. I drove to the service department and was told it would take 3 hours to get and oil change and it would be best to make an appointment if I want to avoid these long waits. I decided to wait. The woman I spoke to passed me on to another gentleman. Their facial expressions made it obvious they were both unhappy with my decision. The oil change took 2 hours. When the mechanic brought the keys to the service desk he made a joke towards the service rep stating, “I’m here for an oil change and car wash! Can I get it done right now?!” He didn’t realize I was the person he was making fun of. The sales rep gave me my receipt, explained the services completed, and emphasized the word “Free” of charge. I PAID FOR A SERVICE AGREEMENT. The dealership already has my money for future services. If it wasn’t for the fact that I purchased a service package, I’d never go back. Today, I called to set up an appointment for my other vehicle. I was told there are no openings and they’re not taking walk-ins. I asked about tomorrow and was told the same thing. I was then told they are booked all week. I called the other Dodge dealership in town and was told “no problem, bring it in.” I’m officially taking my business elsewhere and will no longer purchase vehicles from this dealership. FUTURE BUYERS BEWARE: The intitial money you may save is not worth the hassle of using their service department. And if you do buy a vehicle don’t buy into a service agreement that they can’t back. Their high reviews are due to multiple phone calls and emails asking for positive feedback. You will received phone calls and emails for a week until you leave feedback. I regret to say that I’ve left positive reviews just to get them off my back. I’m not listing the reps names that I dealt with in the service department as I do have empathy for the line of work they do. I’m leaving only the sales rep info who was awesome. More

I left this dealership with a 2016 dodge journey roughly $17,000 but with affordable monthly payments. The journey has everything I need/want plus MORE. G (Guillermo) was so imformative, honest, understanding, hard-working, and thoughtful. I had the worst of luck with vehicles until I visited this dealership and G. They offer drinks, food, and snacks to you and your family due to buying a car being a lengthy process. My mom got $100.00 for referring me. And G was with us from start to finish and insured his collegues were taking care of us! More
My great experience at Larry H Miller Juan was very helpful he’s awesome this was my second time going in and he always amazes me he told me when my car would be done and it was done in ti Juan was very helpful he’s awesome this was my second time going in and he always amazes me he told me when my car would be done and it was done in time like he said it be I will continue to go in and see him every time he was helpful getting me a rental because I had to work in the morning he made taking my car there fast and simple. There’s no other place I will take my car for service. The only thing I can say was not great was some other gentleman checking in the rental I returned well I was in my car getting ready to leave he hit my Chrysler 300 with the door of the rental I returned. It didn’t do major damage or anything just took a little bit of paint off my car but Juan being the super customer service person he is he told me he will take care of it and will order me some touch up paint to touch up the chipped paint. He is out standing like I said I will continue to come in for all my service needs and see him personally. More

2-3 hour job took 8-1/2 hrs and three phone calls Dropped off at 9 am, promised 2-3 hours. Called at 3 - said would check and call back - did not call back. Called again just before 5 - told would get Dropped off at 9 am, promised 2-3 hours. Called at 3 - said would check and call back - did not call back. Called again just before 5 - told would get call back - did not. Called 5:20 - finally told to pick up car. Sounds like they did not do our vehicle until we called. ALSO - we called on the price and when we paid they had that price PLUS 'shop expenses' - when you get quoted a price it should be that and not hidden expenses tacked on later. More
