LHM Service . I had a squeaking / squealing brake on my new truck. It was intermittent and would come and go. At 11,200 miles I took it in to ask about it. (I I had a squeaking / squealing brake on my new truck. It was intermittent and would come and go. At 11,200 miles I took it in to ask about it. (I also had to service recalls) While I was explaining it to my Service Writer the individual who sits next to him chimed in with "well if you go over 12,00 miles, LHM isn't paying for it".....I informed him that thats why I was here now, to get it taken care of. He must have repeated that at least three times to me. He seem more interested in telling me why they wouldn't pay for it then fixing the issue. The same individual kept chiming in to my conversation with my Service Writer Tony. At one point the individual said "yeah, all those 2019's are having this issue" and then told me "well its the humidity in the air causing your brake to squeal" I asked if that was the case then why was it just the one? He literally just looked at me and shrugged and then said "well, theres a service bulletin on those"......then why in the eff were we playing 20 questions and being given random BS excuses? I finally had enough and called FCA to get it straightened out and made a Service appointment......got my truck in and was supposed to have a rental car waiting on me, as I had a Federal Rules test I was taking that morning at 08:00. I had even gone in on Thursday and told Tony I could NOT be late to that test and given him a copy of my DL and insurance so I could come in at 07:00 drop off my truck and pick up the loaned and be gone. I arrived at 07:00, and stood there...….waiting while the earlier mentioned Service guy paged through paper work and keyed through his computer, finally after 11 minutes I asked where Tony was, "he must be out in the shop" was the only form of greeting and reply I was ever given. Tony got there and politely explained he was dealing with another customers issue and went to get the keys for the loaner and they were gone as someone else had taken them (what I was told) Tony called me an Uber and sent me to Enterprise where I picked up my rental and barely made it to my Rules Test. During the week I was called several times by my Rep at FCA to make sure I was being taken care of. I also received a call from LHM saying the "we tried three times to replicate that the sound your hearing and we cant hear it at all and if we cant hear it we cant replace any parts". I had to stop by on my way home from work, drive the truck and with in a half mile of driving the sound was there......while I was there, the same individual who made his comments earlier " oh this is the guy who called in to FCA to complain, so hes got a different service number" (or words close to that effect) I bought a 55,000.00 plus truck and Ram ( this is my 5th Ram) and the way I was treated has fully convinced me that LHM dealerships do NOT care about you once the deal is inked. I have bought Rams from both local Ram dealerships and the Service Depts are abysmal! While Tony tried his hardest and did what he could do to make the appointments and issues as minor as possible he was undermined continually by the individual who sat next to him. I wish I knew his name but he wears no name tag on his shirt and it wasnt in front of his portion of the counter. The Ram Service manager sent me an email and asked me "how was your experience at LHM" and I basically wrote this entire review for him and explained in great detail how it was.....never heard back from him. Not one word. As I stated earlier, I love the Ram brand, love my truck, it is possibly one of the best trucks I have ever owned. On Average I buy a new one about every 2 1/2-3 years.... I was waiting very excitedly for the new 2020 Lairime Longhorn 2500's....I have serious doubt as to buying another Ram. I also made the mistake of going with a friend when they took their Toyota 4x4 in for service......what a completely different experience!! Again, I want to say that Tony did his best. He got me a rental after someone had taken the keys to the loaner that he had secured, he was pleasant and patient and did his very best to take care of the issues that popped up, I have no issues with him what so ever and he should receive an atta boy for the hard work he puts in.....but going to LHM Service is an experience I would rather avoid in the future. When I know I have service due or a recall notice ( yep, just got another one in the mail) its the same feeling I get in the pit of my stomach as when I know I have to have a root canal or when I was a kid and had to go see the principal. I should add that after a week, the two service notices were fixed and the brake issue was fixed also. More

Numerous recalls on my 2016 Dodge I have dealt with Nick at LHM a couple of times. He has always been pleasant and matter of fact. When I called to make the appointment I was told it w I have dealt with Nick at LHM a couple of times. He has always been pleasant and matter of fact. When I called to make the appointment I was told it would take all day. Since there were 3 recalls on my truck it made sense to me. When I arrived at my appointment, Nick came out, ran the diagnostics and said, “Let me check with my technician and see if he can take the truck in right now. If he can, it should only take about 1 1/2 hours.” I was pleasantly surprised when he came back and said his technician was ready. Just shy of one hour later, Nick came in to tell me the truck was done. I was floored and super excited! Not only did Nick save me a lot of time, he saved me money by not needing a rental. Thank you, thank you LHM for employing someone like Nick who goes above and beyond to get a client checked in and checked out in what felt like record time. 🤗 More
