Terrible service by Finance Guy I told the Finance guy (J. Foster) not to add any "extras" added on, he still added on a $3500 extended warranty and a couple of other items, driving I told the Finance guy (J. He also told me he would finance me through Capital One but instead, he put me with a little known Credit Union in California! One that I had never heard of. Horrible, Horrible experience!! More

Excellent, helpful staff! I traded a vehicle with some negative equity for a vehicle of higher value with some outstanding discounts and rebates. There were some misunderstandings along the way on both our parts, but the salesman, Dario, finance department, Shawn, and particularly the sales manager, David, were quick to make adjustments and find remedies. I have an in-law who had a bad experience with Larry H Miller a few years ago, and says he won't go back. I called him a few days ago and told him I had never had a better experience with a dealership in my life. I am 67, and I have bought a lot of vehicles. David was fantastic! I can't say enough about his professionalism, courtesy, kindness and capabilities. This group is an outstanding unit of great people! More

Poor service The deal I bought was supposed to over oil change, all fliuds filled , and car washed. I sat there for three hrs. Had bad experience with certain person in service department Kellie is nice and helpful, she is the best that I have dealt with. The worst is Lisa Beatty. I hate to say that but even though she was helpful at first when I turned my 2015 Dodge Journey in on a Wednesday with a Transmission issue it went bad. She got me a ride home telling me she would call me the next day. The next day passed and the only contact I had was a text saying if I needed information to text. I tried that with no no response. I attempted to call her for the next two days, left messages, another service worker left a note on her desk and no matter what I did could not get any info on what was happening with my vehicle. I asked for manager and couldn't get one. I asked the service girl that answered the phone to see if she could somehow find out when my car would be ready-and I'm in no particular hurry to get my car fixed but needed to know about when it would be fixed because I didn't want to leave town and be called that it was fixed. I tried at lease ten calls, left messages, had noted put on her desk, and nothing, not even a text. The funny thing is that I was thinking about trading my Journey in for a Ram 1500 crew cab with Eddie Amarillas but now have second thoughts and may go to another dealership.
