I hate to say that but even though she was helpful at first when I turned my 2015 Dodge Journey in on a Wednesday with a Transmission issue it went bad. She got me a ride home telling me she would call me the next day. The next day passed and the only contact I had was a text saying if I needed information to text. I tried that with no no response. I attempted to call her for the next two days, left messages, another service worker left a note on her desk and no matter what I did could not get any info on what was happening with my vehicle. I asked for manager and couldn't get one. I asked the service girl that answered the phone to see if she could somehow find out when my car would be ready-and I'm in no particular hurry to get my car fixed but needed to know about when it would be fixed because I didn't want to leave town and be called that it was fixed. I tried at lease ten calls, left messages, had noted put on her desk, and nothing, not even a text. The funny thing is that I was thinking about trading my Journey in for a Ram 1500 crew cab with Eddie Amarillas but now have second thoughts and may go to another dealership. Bait and Switch - Deceptive Practices Many used car dealerships employ deceptive practices to get customers in the door as their sales slide lower and lower compared to online car dealers. The Larry Miller used car lot uses deceptive bait and switch tactics. Let me tell you how it works: they advertise a low priced car (usually has stock photos - not real ones because the car does not exist on their lot), which gets the customer to invest their time by researching the car and booking an appointment to test drive it. Now that the customer is psychologically invested in the car to the point that they drove all the way day to the dealer or have been waiting for their call, the deceptive dealer strikes: "Oh, you know what", the used car dealer says, "that car had some mechanical issues but I have an even BETTER car for you!" This is what this Larry Miller dealership does. Unfortunately, many consumers are not aware that they have been played so they go forward with the dealer to look at the other models. So, if you're reading this, and you are thinking of going here or any dealer, I would warn you that these guys are all the same. They see you as a sale and they are not honest people. Another note: look at all the bogus, fake reviews for their own dealership on this website and on many other site like Yelp or Google. These guys sit around all day making fake email accounts and writing up bogus reviews because they are deceptive. Get a clue, Larry Miller employees! Consumers are on to you and they are buying their car online to avoid this rigmarole. I bought mine through Carvana btw and you guys lost a sale - Get F*&$%ed! More

When they pulled the vehicle into the bay I could see it through the glass windows of the waiting area so I watched them do the work. In the hour and a half that they had my truck on the lift there was only someone working on it about 30 minutes. The rest of the time there was no one around. If the employees would just go over do the job and get it done I wouldn't have to wait for an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation. More

They all reminded me several times, that they don't work on commission and won't pressure me into anything that I didn't want. Raul was the main sales contact, helping me through my decision process. He never made me feel, like this was a decision that I needed to make now. Ramiro helped me through my trade in value and made sure that the dealership was aware of my vehicles value, on options and accessories that I had installed on my trade in. Jonathan was my Finance person and made sure I completely understood the process. He also wanted to make sure that I wasn't purchasing any extended warranties, that I didn't want. I highly recommend Larry Miller Dodge. I'm completely satisfied with my purchase of a new 2019 Ram 1500 Limited Edition truck. More
