We were beyond impressed with Jesse's professionalism and his kindness. We were greeted promptly and explained exactly the procedure for diagnosis and the time frame required. Once the diagnosis was complete his kindness. We were greeted promptly and explained exactly the procedure for diagnosis and the time frame required. Once the diagnosis was completed, Jesse called and explained they could get the repairs completed same day. We were so happy and grateful that this could be done same day. Jesse's communication was excellent and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We are from Canada and here for the winter. If we require any further repairs, we will definitely return and ask for Jesse Thanks so much! More

Service mgr Manny lied and said he would make it right. He charged us almost $1000.00 for a battery ground and it needed both a new battery and alternator ( still had cardboard on the alternator) Would no He charged us almost $1000.00 for a battery ground and it needed both a new battery and alternator ( still had cardboard on the alternator) Would not recommend this place to touch any of our vehicles ever again!!!!! Terrible customer service and it sat for 2 months with nothing done and didn’t fix the problem DO NOT GO THERE More

Was in town from WI for the Tour of Tucson bike race. I was greeted by Brandon, a service assistant? who instantly recognized my plates on the van. He was extremely welcoming, engaging and we talked abou I was greeted by Brandon, a service assistant? who instantly recognized my plates on the van. He was extremely welcoming, engaging and we talked about cheese, the Tour, the marathons he ran in Milwaukee WI, and his service to our country, 31 yrs. I was in the waiting room and he came back to speak with me and gave a military challenge coin. I was completely taken back by his hospitality. His personal touch and smile definitely was a pleasant surprise. That personal touch is what sets great businesses apart from good businesses. The dealership is fortunate to have employees like Brandon. More

Saturday, I made an appt. online for Monday 2pm, explained in comments needed 4X4 solenoid looked at. Arrived on time, was told no one could look at until wed. was told to com online for Monday 2pm, explained in comments needed 4X4 solenoid looked at. Arrived on time, was told no one could look at until wed. was told to come back wed. between 715 and 730 and a mechanic would look at it Wed. arrived at 720am. now it obvious Im not on the appt. list. Dillion didnt put me on the list for wednesday, and so now he is scrabling and telling me hes doing me a favor in moving me up in the line, and it would be hours before anyone could look at it ?? he's indignant and says " well this is a busy shop". ok, isnt that what the online apppointment system is supposed to sort out ? very disappointing the lack of communication and customer service. The purpose of an appointment is so that BOTH parties can find a mutual time to conduct their business based on Both of their busy schedules. Customers time is apparently not as important at this Dealership. More
