I made an appointment with Elvin to see a used vehicle, I specifically told him my time restraints, as I had to leave the next day out of state. When we finalize the deal he said vehicle needed to go throu specifically told him my time restraints, as I had to leave the next day out of state. When we finalize the deal he said vehicle needed to go through final detail, a light bulb replacement, windshield water reservoir replaced, and other cosmetic items. He went and check with managers and agree on paper it would be ready next day by 12 noon, I agree and told him to skip some of the cosmetic items and I would take it as is to speed up the process, to have them start detail that night to be ready for next morning. Again, he made promises and guarantee it would be ready. Next day had to wait till 5pm for truck to be ready, had to take Uber in the middle of the day to deliver sensitive packages at airport. Truck was not even detail just wiped down. In finance I specifically told the finance manager I did not get any mail in my physical address to change it to my Po Box, again he said and guarantee everything would be mail to my Po Box. 50 days later no mail, after 2 hrs trying to find my lien holder they told me they only had my physical address, not surprised!! This is not about the condition of the vehicle, this is about the dealer making promises they can not meet, to lack the integrity to follow through on their promises or simply just do their jobs accordingly. To double check on the paper work or simply drive the vehicle to a different bay. Laziness on their part, knowingly lying when they know it wont be ready, or maybe they just don’t care after you sign More
