Cisco helped me out in the maintenance department, very helpful even though I showed up about 30 minutes early. He was upfront and honest about the time it would take and not pushy about additional service helpful even though I showed up about 30 minutes early. This place is waaaay better than Peoria Dodge which tried to hustle me into buying a new engine on my other dodge which only had the timing off in the computer. Then peoria dodge went and valued my truck so low while it was there that I couldn't even resell it. More

Poor customer service. The Service Advisor tried to charge me for a transfer case service, and I don’t even have a 4 x 4. I caught him and he apologized, but the damage was done. Not to mention, they wanted me to leave my truck there for a week and a half in order for it to get diagnosed, That is unacceptable. Not sure how many people can be out of the vehicle for a week and a half with no loner or a rental. Doesn’t need to be diagnosed I have taken it to the dealer for the same problem 3 different times in a year and a half since I bought it brand new. More
