This dealership lack of training and customer service. Bought this work van new in 2020. Brought it in for a ticking noise and power loss. Took a week to look at it. Then they tell me in needed a new engi Bought this work van new in 2020. Brought it in for a ticking noise and power loss. Took a week to look at it. Then they tell me in needed a new engine and the cost would be $18000.00 This van has 68000 miles on it. Drove it back to my business shop and upon inspection. ( removing valve covers inspection) found two rochers broken on cylinder 5. No engine damage. As an hvac business owner. I thought the dealership (Place of purchase) would be able to diagnose and repair for me. Boy was I wrong. I will never step foot there again and will make sure all my contractor friends know my experience at Larry miller dodge. More

I bought 15 cars from this dealership but I will not buy another. Financing individual is rude. Went and asked him ( Omar )for help but he shunned me off. Now the service department they were very helpful a another. Financing individual is rude. Went and asked him ( Omar )for help but he shunned me off. Now the service department they were very helpful and helped me with what should have been taken care of in finance. Unfortunate thing I think with the new owner ship The service departments hands are tied. Overall service department excellent!!,Dealership Would not recommend!! More
