Received a call at 2:15 stating it was almost ready. Another 45 mins passed and I noticed my truck had been parked out front. I waited for another 15 mins expecting they would call/text or come get me. Finally walked out to find someone to check me out. While I was expecting to walk into everyone busy that was not the case. Time is precious, sitting at a dealership for 3 hours for an oil change is unacceptable. More
I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. One in 2019 and now 2025. Both were pleasant experiences and I believe I received a fair deal. Extremely few add ons and again a fair price for an ex One in 2019 and now 2025. Both were pleasant experiences and I believe I received a fair deal. They didn't disclose damage to the vehicle in the advertisement. Carfax also didn't show any damage. But, there was a significant Dent under the passenger door, a large area of paint scraped off the advertisement. Carfax also didn't show any damage. But, there was a significant Dent under the passenger door, a large area of paint scraped off the the body and trim in front of the rear tire on the passenger side, and large chips in the windshield that were starting to crack already. There was also one key for the vehicle. They agreed to replace the windshield since it was a safety issue (one of the cracking areas was in the driver's field of vision). We insisted on a second key and they finally agreed. But, they wouldn't budge on the Paint and Dent. We had a wonderful sales rep., Arthur Badowski. He was calm, friendly, informative, and did not pressure us in any way. Yes I would say to use this dealership but be aware that they don't disclose damage and tell you that the price is lowered already to compensate for it. Luckily we can get the painting done by a good friend. More
