Not very happy with my last visit. Took in the vehicle for oil change and flat tire fix, took nearly two days to fix. The worse part was the lack of communication. I called multiple times, sent multiple text messages, even left a voicemail, to try to get the status of my vehicle and got no answer. Finally i called and was on hold for like minutes and one of the advisors had to go and walk to another advisors desk to get someone to speak to me. The app was not updated correctly either. The advisor told le the vehicle was ready, when in reality, it wasn't they later called me to tell me it wasn't ready after all, then they called again later to day it was ready. Not sure why there is so much disorganization. Supervisor really needs to work on getting things in order. I usually don't have this issue, so not sure what has changed. To make things worse, the person working on the vehicle left it super dirty with grease stains on my leather door on the drivers side. Very unprofessional and lack of attention to detail. Additionally, the vehicle wasn't even washed on the exterior. Overall I am very disappointed in the service. I will consider finding different dealer to go to or a different shop, even though this is the location where I purchased my vehicle brand new. More
