Aldo was extremely knowledgeable and really took his time to help us find what we were looking for as well as keeping things within our budget. Got there on time and had to wait because they were shorthanded. That's cool! It wasn't cool that I couldn't have any services other than an oil change done. The service manager let me know he couldn't shorthanded. That's cool! It wasn't cool that I couldn't have any services other than an oil change done. The service manager let me know he couldn't wash my car and I agreed that was okay because it wasn't why I was but he rudely let me know again that he wasn't washing my car that I never asked for! Top it off, they had my car sitting outside for an hour after the oil change and never notified me! So I was rushed for only an oil change and then had to wait an hour for no reason while my car was ready for me! From 11:20-2pm is absolutely disrespectful More
