Miller Dodge Ram Avondale was $6,240.65 less than the next-best offer from a Phoenix dealer for the Dodge Ram 2500 Laramie with the exact same options. I have been purchasing vehicles for 55 years, both personal and business, 15 or so personal, and 10 or more for business. This deal was one of the two best auto/truck-buying experiences I have had. Their service, honesty, courtesy and professionalism even surpassed Longo Toyota, the nation's largest Toyota dealership, located in El Monte, CA. I previously purchased several vehicles from Longo, even when in Arizona. Our sales rep Alvin Frigillana was most pleasant, courteous, and professional. He did everything possible to make sure that the truck was ready, and that we were satisfied. And when we took the truck back for after-market side rails, he made of all the contacts with service and made sure that the vehicle was clean and ready for our pick-up in front. We never even had to go to the service department, where Tim Snow also helped to coordinate everything. Alvin also followed up after the purchase, something that I do not usually experience. Timo Wilson was extraordinarily efficient in working the details of prices and options. He was also most courteous and professional. His willingness to get a deal done on this truck that had been on the lot for five months says a lot about what he understood needed to be done to get a positive result for the dealership and for us. I would be very surprised if he is not some day a sales manager who makes a lot of profit for an owner, but makes sure that customers are treated fairly. To his great credit, he insisted even as we were leaving, that the dealership lost money on our deal. As a testament to his honesty, he immediately acknowledged that the dealership would receive rebates and bonuses for meeting numbers. Furthermore, Assistant Sales Manager Andrew Orr was most impressive. He met with me on the first day, and followed up via e-mail and calls. Andrew was also most professional and not pushy in any way. I was self-employed in business for many years, and can say that Mr. Orr would be a person that one would never want to lose as an employee. It was clear that he was diligent and attentive, but still let his sales people do their jobs without interference. Furthermore, all of the people we saw in the dealership, even though they had nothing to do with our transaction, were very friendly and pleasant. In addition, we received a better offer on our trade-in than we received from other dealers. More

After I told her the reason for my visit (meet with internet manager Nygil Newborn) she immediately went to get him and he promptly greeted myself and my family. We sat down with Nygil and told him the reason we were looking for a new vehicle, the type of vehicle we were looking to purchase, and the disappointments that we felt after leaving the other dealerships that we visited. He immediately put our worries at ease and was very receptive to our needs. Nygil was also very thorough in explaining the safety features of the vehicles that we were interested along with the safety features, control functions, and the purchasing process. The finance representative was also extremely pleasant and made the process very simple and quick. My family felt a instant connection with the employees and I know the next time we purchase a vehicle we will go to this dealership again. Even if it’s 55min away from our home.
