Came in for an oil change and walked out with a new car! Found out my old car was not worth keeping and by working with Sebastian I was able to find another that fit both my personality and my budget! Very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. He worked with me to understand my options and even went as far as running down the numbers on several different vehicles so I could make an informed decision. Would love to work with him again...should I need a new car in the future! More

Made an appointment online for noon. Upon arrival the lady who checked me in said it would be 2 hours. Waited in the lobby, truck sat in the arrival area for over an hour. Received a call at 2:15 stating it was almost ready. Another 45 mins passed and I noticed my truck had been parked out front. I waited for another 15 mins expecting they would call/text or come get me. Finally walked out to find someone to check me out. While I was expecting to walk into everyone busy that was not the case. Time is precious, sitting at a dealership for 3 hours for an oil change is unacceptable. More
