He was patient and did not stop until he was able to get us the deal we wanted. Very professional and customer service friendly. Working in the customer service industry for so long and taking several training classes on customer service, it is very important to me. I'm glad Richard shared my enthusiasm for the way customers are treated and did an exceptional job. There were other salesmen there were not so friendly to us but Richard made it worth the hassle.
