Frustrating and disappointing. I took my 2005 Jeep Liberty in for an estimate and probable Oxygen sensor replacement at 12:30 on Wednesday and left it with Madi. She called me Thurs I took my 2005 Jeep Liberty in for an estimate and probable Oxygen sensor replacement at 12:30 on Wednesday and left it with Madi. She called me Thursday morning at 9 something and I missed it by about 10 seconds. I immediately called her back but it went to voicemail. I continued to try for three more hours. I eventually heard from her 24 hours from when I dropped it off, this is just to tell me what’s wrong with it, which I already knew they just needed to tell me what they thought was wrong with it. The bill was two and a half times what I was expecting so I said no, I would just come and get the car. When I get up there, I realize I have signed that ridiculous paper that says I’ll pay $135 for them to give me this terrible service. I’ll be honest, I misread the paper that morning and I thought it said something else and there would be no charge for the service. I realized what had happened so I wasn’t going to argue but I wasn't happy. Now I'm not just getting bad service, I'm PAYING for it. I just wanted to leave. Then there was the mysterious $10.80 charge. There was no real answer as to what THAT was. Let’s just add $10 on to the bill and put “miscellaneous” on there and no one can really argue. Madi wasn’t there, the gentleman that sits beside her helped me and checked me out. He was passive aggressive. He could tell I was upset so his tone became very soft spoken but hey, don’t be helpful. I’m sure he could see I wasn’t happy. I don’t think I was outright rude I just was really unhappy. The service I received was really bad service and I paid a lot of money for it. At the end of the day he seemed irritated that I wasn’t really happy with it. I work in customer service. I deal with people every day. Sometimes people get to be upset about their treatment. I did not get great customer care today and at the end of the day, I was charged a ridiculous amount of money for something I already knew. There was no "how can we make this better?". There was no "we're sorry for this experience". There was no attempt at all. When you have a bad customer service experience, you should honor that just like you should honor mine. Today I spent as much on the diagnostic and the unneeded rental car as it will cost to fix my Jeep somewhere else. I might as well have withdrawn $200 from the ATM and set it on fire. More

I purchased new tires several months ago and had two leaks in a tire that were audibly detectable. Stopped by in the afternoon, they took care of that and replaced wiper blades. Now I'm rolling safely again in my Jeep. More

Transparent and Direct I made the mistake of overpaying for a Wrangler at a dealership named after a football player. It turned out that I wasn't as comfortable driving a manual transmission on oversize mud tires as I thought I would be. That dealership didn't have anything in stock that I was interested in. When I went in to Larry Miller Jeep in Aurora a few days later to test drive a Liberty, the manager was very direct and transparent that I had overpaid on the Wrangler in huge excess of Blue Book Value. He even took the time to show me. He actually ended up giving me a generous trade in amount on the Wrangler after specifically showing me what trade-in and sell value was. He came across as honest, but after the bad experience at the other dealership, I wasn't sure what to believe. Then, I noticed the Wrangler was listed on Larry Miller's website a few days later for exactly what this manager told me would be the selling price. I applaud Larry Miller Jeep for their integrity and transparency and will be referring everyone I know to them. I had a wonderful experience despite losing some money on the trade-in since I had excessively overpaid for it in the first place at that other dealership named after a football player. I highly recommend Larry H Miller Jeep in Aurora. More
Very disapointing! Bought a new 4 door Jeep Sahara Wrangler from Larry Miller Jeep in August 2016. Was very pleased with the sales experience! After 171 miles we had a c Bought a new 4 door Jeep Sahara Wrangler from Larry Miller Jeep in August 2016. Was very pleased with the sales experience! After 171 miles we had a check engine light come on. Took it back for repairs 3 times and never had success getting the repair completed here. The third trip there was told they needed to pull the engine and disassemble it to cure problem. I said absolutely Not! Called Jeep Corporation and the fella there sent us to Johnson's Auto Mall in Brighton and the technician there found a bad electrical terminal connection and replaced it. Check engine light has never came on again. With our purchase we also received a 4 oil change/tire rotation package. Made an appointment for service yesterday March 4, 2017 and showed up an hour early. While no one informed us of the status on our vehicle, we noticed it back out front a couple hours later and asked the kid at the service desk what's going on with it. He informs us repairs are completed and gave us paperwork. Knowing the wheel lug socket to the anti theft lug nuts hasn't been touched from its location hidden in the vehicle we asked were the tires rotated and was told yes they were. In short, the Jeep wasn't washed, the tires were never rotated, and I'm not real sure the oil was even changed! This is totally UNACCEPTABLE to me! I will be taking the vehicle to Johnson's Auto Mall Monday and will NEVER use this service department again! Just a contrast in this story. I'd also purchased a new Ford F150 Supercab pickup from Larry Miller Ford in Lakewood a year ago. I also got an oil change/tire rotation package on this vehicle. Yesterday, it also was taken to the Larry Miller Ford dealership for its second service. In about an hour the service writer located us in the showroom and said our truck was completed. Walked outside to find out my truck has been washed clean, the tires rotated, and the oil change and multi point inspection had actually been completed. They even put a reminder decal on your windshield to let you know when next service is due. The Larry Miller Jeep dealer didn't even let us know when an oil change is due again and certainly no reminder decal in the windshield! More
