Taking care of my car Harlow was terrific! I went in for normal service (24,000 miles) on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Harlow and I discussed the fact that I try to keep this ve Harlow was terrific! I went in for normal service (24,000 miles) on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Harlow and I discussed the fact that I try to keep this vehicle strictly for my real estate business. He suggested the service team check my tires for alignment and also bring pressure up in each tire {one has chronic low pressure issues). Harlow called later that afternoon to say the car was ready and he explained that upon thorough examination it was determined that the car needed both front and back alignment due to my "off road" travel of mountain properties. Additionally, the issue with the tire was resolved when it was bubble tested. I have always been satisfied with the service on my car, but this time it seemed even better. Don't trust them when it comes to a used vehicle. I purchased a 2011 Chevy Aveo in Aug. 2017. It needed a replacement part which I did not know about until a few weeks later. They did not call me t I purchased a 2011 Chevy Aveo in Aug. 2017. It needed a replacement part which I did not know about until a few weeks later. They did not call me to tell me about it or that the part was in and ready to be installed. In October I noticed the right front tire was loosing pressure. Thinking it was probably a valve stem I stopped in to a Big O Tire store to have it taken care of. I also asked them to check the front brakes as they were constantly squeaking when I used them. The dealership assured me the noise would go away, to just five it a little time. The mechanic at Big O check the tire over for leaks. He could find none. What he did find however was a bent rim that was causing the leak on the inside of the tire where it could not be seen. I couldn't believe it. A dealership sold me an unsafe car!! Buyer beware indeed. I will never buy a car from them again. More
