Outstanding Customer Service Despite Price Challenge I went in to have a headlight replaced and wiper blades replaced with winter blades. The cost of the replacement bulb at $327 should be illegal and th I went in to have a headlight replaced and wiper blades replaced with winter blades. The cost of the replacement bulb at $327 should be illegal and that was with the discount! I had no alternative but to have the bulb installed due to the safety issue. Harlow was extremely empathetic to my dilemma and arranged for a discount. He kept checking in on me to make sure I was okay. Harlow explained in great detail the reason for the cost was due to the model year (2014). I guess instead of replacing my vehicle when the tires wear out like I usually do, I will replace it when the other bulb goes out. Harlow handled a potentially volatile situation with grace while maintaining a professional demeanor. Five stars for Harlow for handling this customer service nightmare. More
