Warranty work repair At my oil change my mechanic found the rear axel seal was leaking. I scheduled the repair work, for which this survey is about. What they found was a fitting installed original fitting installed was not the right piece, hence causing the leak. The mechanics I have had work on my Jeep Cherokee Latitude have all been excellent and professional. Most recent has been Rob, previous was Alex and Travis. New Jeep Grand Cherokee I just leased a beautiful 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I initially shopped at AutoNation Chrysler Jeep on Arapahoe road as I had done for my previous tw I just leased a beautiful 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I initially shopped at AutoNation Chrysler Jeep on Arapahoe road as I had done for my previous two Jeep vehicles. I picked out the vehicle I wanted and came to an agreement to lease a Grand Cherokee with dealer on Arapahoe. We put the deal in writing and I signed it. Within a few minutes of signing the agreement, someone who presented himself as I manager at the other dealership walked out and told me they would not be able to honor the written agreement we had just done. He insisted I would have to make payments that were $35 dollars more per month if I wanted to lease the agreed upon vehicle. I immediately left AutoNation Chrysler Jeep and called other local dealers to see who would be interested in my business. Although it was nearly closing time, Selena Talmich took my phone call and listened to what had just happened at the other dealership. Within minutes she called me back and accepted the exact same offer on the exact same vehicle that the other dealer had refused to honor. I drove to Larry Miller Colorado Chrysler Jeep and signed the deal on the spot. My beautiful 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude Addition was delivered to my business and the final paperwork was signed two days later. I couldn't have been more happy with the experience and only wish I would have went to Larry H. Miller first. More
