That's how you take care of a customer! I recently had taken my jeep in for service and Harlow Dinsmore was my rep which I will never want to deal with again. After the first visit with Harl I recently had taken my jeep in for service and Harlow Dinsmore was my rep which I will never want to deal with again. After the first visit with Harlow Dinsmore it was determined that my 2015 Jeep grand Cherokee limited needed a new sway bar. Harlow Dinsmore said he would call me when the part arrived and get me in to put the part on which should be Tuesday, well I never received a call and actually I called on a Friday trying to find out what was going on. Harlow Dinsmore wasn't in and from there I got the run around from everyone saying that only Harlow Dinsmore could help me. After being transferred several times I finally was helped out by parts who confirmed that the part had arrived a couple of days ago. The parts department sent me back to make an appointment to have the part installed. When I arrived on Friday Harlow Dinsmore said oh you are here to have your part installed and I said yes but no one ever called me to say it was here. I told Harlow Dinsmore I had an appointment and then walked inside he said he will take care of it and didn't ask or say another thing. I arrived about 40 minutes before my appointment and waited inn the lobby for 2 and a half hours. I decided to go check on my vehicle Harlow Dinsmore was sitting at his desk and I asked him how much longer it was going to be he looked at me and said they haven't even started it I said what I've been waiting in the lobby and now you are saying no one even started it Harlow Dinsmore then said while I was told you were dropping it off. Who the xxxx would tell you that when I'm waiting for it. I told Harlow dinsmore give me my jeep back. that's when I went and ask for a manager which happened to be Pete Racich, Pet Racich stepped up big time. He handled my case personally and was apologizing for the way Harlow Dinsmore was acting with me. When I told Pete Racich what was going on he stepped up and got my vehicle in on the next day first thing in the morning which was a Saturday. Thank you Pete Racich for a job well done. Before I had spoken to Pete Racich I was through with this dealership, I was going to go elsewhere. After Pete Racich took care of the situation, I figured give it another shot, you just have a bad person who's name is Harlow Dinsmore. More
