VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE One of the worst experiences at a service center I’ve ever had. I dropped off my car in the morning on 6/15 for a warranty covered inspection. I asked One of the worst experiences at a service center I’ve ever had. I dropped off my car in the morning on 6/15 for a warranty covered inspection. I asked them to add an oil change as well. When I went to pick it up on 6/15 at about 6 pm, I was treated poorly. Miss Katie was extremley short and rude with me while continuously saying to hold on a second. Speaking with other employees first before helping me and saying she was too busy. I decided to come back Saturday morning. On the way out the door of he dealership to be picked up by a friend and saw her outside on a smoke break. Clearly not too busy for that instead of helping customers. We came back Saturday morning to pick up the car and received poor customer service again while checking out from the service center. I was told the oil change was $100, and that it was a fair price and that other dealerships such as echo park’s pricing is irrelevant since they are “not Jeep’s competition” I just feel as though any customer bringing their car in for service should be treated with kindness and respect and that’s truly the opposite of what I experienced. More

Not trustworthy I took my Jeep in for a recall, after having it back for a week I would turn my blinkers on, and my windshield wipers would go off. I called the dealership and was asked to leave a voicemail for Travis, and I did, however he has not even responded back. I am still having the problem, along with a leak. It makes me wonder why the first thing they try to sell you when you go in is a warranty, and if during the process of fixing the problem, more are created so a consumer has to go back in and get problems fixed that they never had until it was brought in. I am now going to go take my Jeep in to another place to get looked at. More
