I was skeptical at first simply because of how long my wait time had been in the dealership but after I gave my needs and wants to Kelsey she was able to mentally go through the inventory and put me in a very reliable and inexpensive Jeep for me and my son. Kelsey made sure to be completely transparent in the entire process down to monthly payments and warranties. I doubted the entire day until Kelsey bossed my car buying experience! I LOVED my Renegade, but coming from the South, the 4 cylinder engine was not enough here for my driving skills! I emailed about a Cherokee I saw online. Sara and Chris emailed me back within 15 mins, not in a pushy way, I set an appt, test drove it, and went home, I didn’t get one pushy email, text or call after. I went back the next day, Chris immediately helped me, got a good trade in, and only after 1 back and forth with finance, I got exactly what I needed. Chris was amazing, really listened and treated me fairly! Which, is saying something! I highly recommend Chris and the dealership!
