Explain to me, despite a “Clean” overall vehicle inspection report (which included an inspection of all bulbs and tires) after an oil change and tire rotation at LHM, that I noticed one of my brake inspection report (which included an inspection of all bulbs and tires) after an oil change and tire rotation at LHM, that I noticed one of my brake lights was out and while addressing that issue later in the day at Grease Monkey, a nail was found in my tire. Why were these issues not found during the “overall vehicle inspection“ at the dealership? So t makes me wonder if any of the services that I requested were actually fulfilled and that the “overall vehicle inspection“ means anything at all. Disappointed. More
I am highly disappointed in the service and what I thought was a reputable dealership and brand. Problems all around. The 2 biggest: I believe I’ve bought my first lemon. Though I bought it as is, it was from a dealership that I once trusted, and after paying nearly $1000 in repairs the second time within 9 months of buying my Jeep, the guy bringing out my car wrecked it. Someone save me from this nightmare or point me in the right direction because I am at a loss of what to do at this point. More
