Sold Products under wrong pretenses We had a pretty bad experience when we were doing the paperwork and process of finalizing the car purchase. We were initially told that we were unable to remove the pre selected window tints from the car because they said they were already applied to the car. After all the paperwork was completed and we had paid in full, we were informed that we would have to come in to get the window tint applied. So they sold us a product under false pretenses. We asked for a refund and it took them 60 days to give us a refund. When the refund finally came in, it was the wrong amount. I asked for a readjustment but I still did not get a response. I would not recommend this dealership as their customer service is horrible and they do not care. More
