A week and a half for an appointment, another week waiting on an estimate for vacuum line repair, and still no response. The service writers were courteous and friendly. No issue with these guys, my only complaint is I had a 12:30 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and it was a 3 hour wait for a 30 minute No issue with these guys, my only complaint is I had a 12:30 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and it was a 3 hour wait for a 30 minute job. Very annoying, I would expect an extended wait if I just dropped in. The service writer comped the service which was awesome and something totally unexpected. Thanks! More

He provided me the most disingenuous, careless customer service when I needed it most. My car was un-drivable and my insurance does not cover a loaner. I was told one week until my car could be even LOOKED at. Rob said they provided no loaners, no shuttle service, no Uber service, nothing…. Absolutely zero suggestions to help me when I needed it. His attitude immediately told me I was SOL. I do not have the luxury of owning more than one vehicle. I asked Rob, what am I gonna do? How will I get to work? He replied with “I don’t know, but if you need parts, I’ll be another 7-10 days on top of that.” He had the most careless attitude about my situation. I understand some things are outside of your control, but in terms of customer service, proving zero suggestions or help in any sort of way is unacceptable. Even calling another Jeep dealer to see if they have a loaner I could use - anything! What if I had children? How would I get them to and from school, etc? He had an extremely heartless attitude that had me hysterically crying when I left. I winded up finding another dealer to crawl my car to and have it looked at/fixed same day. Thankfully I did, otherwise it would still be sitting there. Not providing any loaners or even alternatives/suggestions to customers is completely disheartening. More

I was sold a defective new car off the lot. Day one it was in the shop. Day two had to be towed back to the shop and stayed there for a month. The service department called me directly one time during that month. All the issues are still not resolved, but I picked up my car because I wanted to enjoy it as best I could. Service manager and GM don’t return phone messages. Not a trustworthy or competent dealer or service location. More
