This is the 3rd car I was going to buy from this establishment. Not sure why as last time was a nightmare as well. I was sold a car that they did not have the title for. This time we experienced very poor customer service. The monthly offer they were going to give us was ridiculous and they were extremely rude and belittling. The sales manager told us this isn’t going to work and ripped the papers from us. Told us what we wanted was impossible. As we proceeded to leave we stated we would never be back and the sales MANAGER told us good riddance. Glad we went to Auto Nation instead! They got us a great price for the exact same car and we were treated with respect. Stay away from this place!!! I would give a zero if I could. More
