A trip to this dealership for my first oil change on my 2021 Grand Cherokee using the Express Service. While it did take 2 hours for this service, which I felt was a bit long for an Express service, I f 2021 Grand Cherokee using the Express Service. While it did take 2 hours for this service, which I felt was a bit long for an Express service, I found my tire pressure display showing front tire pressures showing 40 & 44. My paperwork indicated "checked tire pressures and set to proper level according to tire and or manufacturer". Also noted on my paperwork they have my license plate typed incorrect. The team checking me in and out was very friendly so no issues there. I am hopeful the next service will be a more positive experience. More
