Over 2 months waiting for an A/C condenser with no delivery date in sight. Part was discontinued which I found out myself by contacting MOPAR - the dealer had no idea. Called Jeep customer service and was assigned a case manager who left me a message I could not understand. I called back three times with no response. I order a part online which is supposedly compatible and scheduled a service appt. It took me three weeks to get a date which was scheduled for tomorrow at 7:30 am. At five tonight they texted me and cancelled due to a technician and service advisor shortage. I called immediately and was told someone would call me by 6:00 pm. I did not get a call back. Having no A/C for eight weeks in the summer has been extremely difficult and the lack of accurate and responsive information has been outrageous. More
My brand new $70K Grand Cherokee 4xe had a coolant leak at 8000 miles. The dealership has had my car for 50 days and counting. They haven’t ever reached out to give me a status on the coolant system or the at 8000 miles. The dealership has had my car for 50 days and counting. They haven’t ever reached out to give me a status on the coolant system or the 3 open recalls. Meanwhile, I’m making payments on a car I don’t have. I don’t even want it back at this point. It’s my first and last Jeep and I expect the dealership to let me out of my lease with NO termination fees. Good riddance to both this dealership and this brand. More
