A little more emphasis on the service department is needed. We waited a month for a service appointment, and 4 weeks of them having our jeep is unacceptable. It takes us calling, leaving messages before we get a text. It's Saturday December 18th, we left a message for her and come to find out at 4:45pm, she has left for the day, no call, no text. Our jeep trailhawk has been with you since November 22nd. No compensation for being without, just one story after another, being told you should have your car tomorrow over and over again. Very disappointed, dissatisfied customer. More
