In August I needed to bring in a previously owned Jeep that I recently purchased from Larry H. Miller in for some minor service. During my service visit, I encountered some challenges with the Service Dep that I recently purchased from Larry H. Miller in for some minor service. During my service visit, I encountered some challenges with the Service Department. I met with John and we had an extensive chat about the challenges that I had experienced. John thoroughly listened to my concerns and demonstrated empathy and understanding about the reasons why I was upset. John also took the the step of validating my concerns and dissatisfaction. After apologizing for the challenges that I had experienced, John then explained some of the reasons why those challenges had occurred. Further, John also outlined some of the steps that he as a General Manger is implementing in order to improve the customer experience in the Service Department. After our meeting, John personally interceded on my behalf and I had a resolution from the Service Department by noon that same day. John was excellent to work with. His efforts helped to change a completely negative and upsetting situation into a customer experience that was better. Thank you John! More
